1. About These Terms

We may update product information, discontinue a product or limit available quantities where reasonably necessary.

5. Electrical Products and Installation

Lighting and electrical products must be installed and used in accordance with the supplied instructions, product specifications and applicable electrical and building requirements.

Where professional installation is required, the product should be installed by a suitably qualified electrician or installer.

Kingsley Beaumont is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, misuse or use contrary to the supplied instructions. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at the time of purchase.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any delivery charges, will be displayed before you confirm payment.

Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. A change made after an order has been accepted will not affect the agreed price for that order, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and their additional terms may apply.

We do not normally receive or store complete payment card details.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

The product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be authorised;
The delivery information is incomplete or invalid;
An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred;
The order is identified as potentially fraudulent;
The order breaches an applicable legal or shipping restriction;
The quantity ordered is not reasonably available for retail sale.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Order Information

You are responsible for checking the products, variants, quantities, delivery address and contact details before submitting an order.

If you identify an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at contact@kingsley-beaumont.com .

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after preparation or dispatch has started.

9. Delivery

Processing times, estimated delivery periods, shipping charges, tracking information and procedures for delayed parcels are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed delivery date.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs may apply if a parcel must be sent again because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

This does not affect your rights where a delivery problem was caused by us or by a delivery provider acting on our behalf.

10. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Return eligibility, cancellation periods, return shipping costs, exceptions and refund procedures are explained in our:

Eligible returns from the United Kingdom, including change-of-mind returns accepted under our Return Policy, are free when the customer follows our return procedure and uses the prepaid return label we provide.

If a product is damaged, defective, materially different from its description or not the product ordered, Kingsley Beaumont will also cover the return shipping costs.

Do not return a product before contacting us and receiving return authorisation and the correct return address.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits mandatory rights available when a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, dates and exclusions displayed with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to a completed order.

We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotional offer where it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to its clearly stated conditions.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
