Shipping
Standard UK delivery is free. Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Transit normally takes 2 to 3 business days, giving a total estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruption, public holidays, severe weather, customs procedures or incomplete addresses. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch when available.
Returns
Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Accepted UK returns are free: we provide a prepaid return label and charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned product or acceptable proof of postage, where required by law.
