You may use the form below to tell us that you wish to cancel an eligible online order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. You may also email contact@kingsley-beaumont.com. Using this model form is optional.

Please provide your full name, email address, order number, delivery address, the product or products concerned, the date ordered and received, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract.

Example statement: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale for the goods listed in this message.”

We aim to reply within 24 to 48 business hours. Please do not send goods before receiving the prepaid return label and authorised return address.
