Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom and complements your statutory consumer rights.

14-day cancellation and return period

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel or return it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the product back. These periods do not limit your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. Eligible products must be new, unused and not permanently installed, with all components, accessories and instructions. Please use the original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect a product as you reasonably would in a physical shop; a lawful deduction may be made only where handling beyond what was necessary has reduced its value.

Free returns

Return shipping is always free for accepted returns from the United Kingdom. Kingsley Beaumont provides a prepaid return label to download and print. There is no return shipping charge and no restocking fee when you follow the instructions and use the label provided.

How to request a return

Email contact@kingsley-beaumont.com with your order number and the product concerned.
If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, include clear photographs or a short video.
Wait for the authorised return address, postal instructions and prepaid return label.
Package the product securely, attach the label and keep proof of postage.

Return address

The authorised return facility is shown on the prepaid label supplied after approval and may differ from our administrative business address. Do not send products to the administrative address unless our customer service team expressly confirms it as the authorised return destination.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges requested within the 14-day return period for eligible new and unused products. Exchanges depend on stock availability. We provide a free prepaid return label and charge no restocking fee. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact us promptly if a product is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or incorrect. We will provide a suitable remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. Return shipping is free.

Exceptions

Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to goods made to your specifications, clearly personalised goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other items excluded by applicable law. This does not limit your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned product or acceptable evidence that it was sent back, whichever occurs first where required by law. No refund-processing fee is charged.

For a full-order cancellation, we also refund the original standard delivery charge, if one was paid. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced delivery method is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery unless the product was faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
