Our Role

Kingsley Beaumont is the trading name of HNU ECOM DEVELOPMENT LLC and is the merchant of record for purchases made on this website. Products are sourced from independent manufacturing and supply partners. A vendor or catalogue brand shown as Kingsley Beaumont identifies the retail offer and does not, by itself, identify HNU ECOM DEVELOPMENT LLC as the physical manufacturer.

Fulfilment and Dispatch

Orders are fulfilled through independent supply partners, and the dispatch point may vary by product and order. The delivery destination, available service and charge are confirmed at checkout. Customers should use a suitably qualified installer to confirm that the selected product and installation method are appropriate for the intended location and electrical system.

Electrical and Installation Safety

  • Hardwired lighting must be installed by a suitably qualified electrician.
  • Disconnect the electrical supply before installation, inspection or maintenance.
  • Confirm the rated voltage, frequency, lamp type, maximum wattage, mounting method and environmental conditions before use.
  • Use a product in bathrooms, covered outdoor areas or other damp locations only when its stated IP rating and installation instructions are suitable for that location.
  • Do not use a damaged product, cable, driver, fitting or component.

Certificates and Technical Documents

Certification and testing information is product-specific. Kingsley Beaumont does not make a blanket CE, UKCA, RoHS, UL, ETL or other certification claim for the entire catalogue. A certification is referenced on a product page only when the corresponding supplier documentation has been received and can be matched to that product or SKU.

Before ordering, customers may request the documents currently available for a product by contacting contact@kingsley-beaumont.com and providing the product name, variant and SKU. If documentation required for the intended destination or installation cannot be verified, the product should not be purchased or installed for that use.

United Kingdom Orders

For products supplied to the United Kingdom, applicable product-safety, electrical-equipment, labelling and traceability requirements depend on the product and its intended use. Product-specific conformity markings or declarations should be relied upon only where they are displayed for the exact product and supported by the relevant documentation.

Recycling and Disposal

Electrical products, lamps, batteries and electronic components should not be placed in general household waste where separate collection is required. Use an authorised local collection or recycling service and follow the instructions supplied with the product.

Report a Safety Concern

Stop using the product and contact us promptly if you identify overheating, exposed wiring, unusual odour, damaged insulation, instability or another potential safety issue. Email contact@kingsley-beaumont.com with the order number, product name, photographs and a description of the issue.
